Meth lab bug?

So i just bought meth lab and did the setup , after i went for resupply but at the same time i got called about a mission to obtain personal for my meth lab , so i continued getting my supplies and delivered them.
when i was done i noticed the supply bar didnt go up , i also noticed i have no people working there and i have no idea how to get them working there...


So is this bugged?
if so what do i do because it seems i just wasted allot of money on this lab (as i cant seem to use it)

I mean there is nobody in my lab (not just not working , nobody is there)

I'm not 100% sure from mind but afaik you'll only get to see personnel when you got the upgrade.

It will take some time before staff arrive, then production will start.

To OP :

Sometimes, there is a delay between the end of your supply mission and the Ressource bar showing itself growing up.

About the personnal, don't worry : as I understand, you "just started" your business.
So, it will be some times before it REALLY starts.
You will see your personnal at work, but it's not "immediate".
And that, with or without the "personnal upgrade".

Ok so , i just tested it again , there is now 1 person there , soon as i click re supply steal supply , my game freezes 100% even mouse cursor freezes (alt f4 still shows exit game menu) my pc is also not frozen

im having the same issue as you icy on both meth and coke labs i cant seem to find a way to fix it i have already verified through steam and reinstalled the game. any help would be amazing

Also when i load back in my screen is on the laptop screen after you log into open road...

For me it no longer freezes and works now , however i keep getting transaction pending for long times..
