Counterfeit cash business
Bought it but can't do anything with it playing solo online. Do I have to involve other players, or what do I need to do to get it producing?

Visit it, play the setup mission.

Wait till staff arrives, buy supplies, wait still stock is produced, sell.
Rinse, repeat.

Since this week MC businesses and upgrades are on sale, upgrade as soon as possible.

With counterfeit cash, sell even before supplies ran out (as it is producing a lot of stock from one run of supplies).

As this week MC businesses and upgrades are on sale I'd recommend buy Cocaine, Meth, Counterfeit cash and fully upgrade all of them.

If you let them produce, you can pretty much run sell missions 24/7 if you're playing solo (because MC businesses this week also produce 25% faster).

You will hate those sell missions at the end of this week, but you will also be rich.

If you own a nightclub, let them run dry at the end of the week, but don't shut them down.

If you don't own a nightclub (yet), shut them down at the end of the week.

problem is when I am at the laptop it says 'Join a public session to manage your business'

Then join a public session.

You can make it a solo public session, google it.

Hi! I just started this game and don't know a thing about it, but I just set up the warehouse & bought the upgrades while online (must be on public to access either one) about 10 minutes ago. It then gave me a short supply pickup mission-I was directed to drive a painfully slow truck, pick up the supplies at another truck, then drive them back. I then logged off public, set my return loc. to the warehouse, rejoined on Invite Only, and my warehouse was staffed and producing, and the UI showed me the progress. If I need to manage/sell product I need to go back on public. Hope this helps.

You need to be in a public session, as you already mentioned yourself. You can't play this in invite or friends-only sessions unfortunately.

But if you don't want to be bothered by randoms (which can happen if you do cargo missions) then there's a solid solution for that:

Thanks for the replies. I tried that method for solo public session ShelLuser but it didn't work.

I hate being in a public session as there are always morons out to ruin the experience.

It works just try to let it 30 seconds then

An easier (but not permanent) way is to open task manager in windows, on the second tab u find the "Resource monitor" button. In there just suspend GTA for 10 seconds and everybody gets kicked out of your lobby. this even works with a mission active. After a while R* fills ur session againthough....

My second tab is 'Processes' and I can't see how to suspend a process, I can only end it. If I end GTA5 the program closes.

learn how to do the solo-public lobby 'suspend' and you'll have a much better experience grinding money.

Don't use the Task Manager, use the Resource Monitor.

Start it via start menu (search for "resmon"), or from Task Manager's Performance tab.

In the Resource Monitor (started with Admin privileges) right-click the GTA5 process and suspend it for like 5-8 seconds then resume it.
