Can the Mugger steal personal aircraft/special vehicles

me and a friend have been playing around with muggers lately seeing the most dumbest vehicles we can make them drive

we tried doing it with personal aircrafts like the bombushka, miljet and the phantom wedge, though giving us a message saying as the mugger cannot reach their location.

does anybody know why exactly

Nah, as far as I know he always walks away. But yeah, he can only get to you in ground vehicles. Heck... at some time the mugger was the tool to (hopefully) force players out of the Rhino ;)

i do find something else odd
i figured out that the mugger can steal the pegasus version of an aircraft but will not steal a personal aircraft
