MC clubhouse + bunker is a solid way to start, also costs less.

Bunker (fully upgraded): buy supplies, fool around for 2h. Deliver single vehicle for 135k profit, repeat.

IE is an active business, you have to keep importing and exporting cars.

Bunker before anything. Can run that as VIP. Don't need either MC or CEO. (just 50K)

Bunker is best. But it has hard missions. I suggest you to sell when you're around 100-150k$, so you don't have to sell in 14 mins , 3 turcks, with 15 supply xd

import export all the way bunkers just take 6 hours to make stock then u get a tiny amount of cash only good for the long run

You can solve your economy issue with Import/Export, though it'll take some time to 'setup' the warehouse with worthless vehicles, then you can actually make some money from selling guaranteed Top Range vehicles only every 20 minutes.


OR you can get yourself decent Bunker spot if you prefer to unlock the Research item contents, but it's not gonna be cheap nor easy in terms of collecting supplies and purchasing upgrades for it.

Never Paleto bay, even for free.
I've Chumash and it's nice. Right next to a highway and close to the city. All missions are soloable from here.

if you already own office, get vehicle warehouse. you can earn up to 240k per 1 hour and a bit if done correctly. bunker only produces 210k (normally you also pay 75k for supplies) in 2,3 hours and you need staff+equipment upgrades for that.

It is confirmed the products will be ready in 2 hours if you have both Staff and Equipment upgraded with a full supply.
