it wont let me renovate my facility

i have the northwest most facility and it wont let me renovate it or even tell me how much i need to pay to do so? any ideas?

First: that's not a bunker but a facility. Second: are you sure you don't already own these updates? Considering that all the red dots are filled and don't show any purchase amount.

What do you mean, bunker? Your screenshot is obviously a screen you trying to buy (or renovate) a facility but you can't proceed because you lack money.

That's a Facility, not a Bunker. That facility goes for $1,250,000 base price, and at least another 2.5 million for those add-ons. Regardless, the amount of money you have on hand won't pay for either one.

i know the amount i have wont afford it. i just want to know how much i needed. i had to click the items to bring the red dots. i do not own these things, at least the sleeping quarters is not there.
