how to start doomsday heist

as title says, how do i start the doomsday heist? i tried going to my apartment but i dont see it there.

You start it from your facility (you did buy one - right?).

No there is a special building you need to purchase through the maze bank web app, the cheapest is 1.2 million but it's all the way up in paleto bay.

No, the actual "Facility" is what it's called. Not a 'bunker' or a 'hanger' but 'facility'

you can join jobinvites with doomsday heist without facility i think so but to start it at your own and to have avanger you need facility im not exactly sure but i think there was not just facility but facility plus planing room for heists :)

HELP!
I HAVE a facility. i did the 1st prep mission (get an ambulance), bought the 2nd (Deluxos) and 3rd preps (Akula).
but, there is no option, to actually START any heists. Lester sends this sms (and job offer or reminder or what) to start the heist, but when i go back to the facility, at the sreen there is no option, or i dont see it.

question:
WHYYYY?? is there something else, i should do or get, or what?

After you finished the preps you must proceed to complete the setups (minimum 2 people required to play). Go to your facility, select them in the order you want and complete them all. Then, you'll be able to play the finale which gives you the big money.

yeah, i get that, but i don't get (or just see/find) the button, or option to actually launch or start the mission. just the see board, map and that's it.

hm. i think i got it. i did not have a high-end apartment, but now i do. lester called me, so "now we can do real jobs". like, a little cut-scene with two phone calls from him, 1 before the scene, 1 after. and now i can launch any heists from where it is possible. like, from the arcade the casino, flecca from my high-end ap., doomsday prep missions from the facility /though i don't really understand that if i bought them, why should i start the prep missions "again", but at least now i can launch them, there is the option-button for it :)

SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT, TO HAVE A HIGH-END APARTMENT AND THEY ARE NOT(!!!) FROM MAZE BANK, BUT DYNASTY 8 (OR9?), AND they cost from 200kto 1-5mil, AND WAIT FOR A CALL FROM LESTER!
