If so, you could always create a mod mashup of those pre-existing mods or something similar.
lets say i have a mod that limits your vision to what your character might actually see. and another mod which adds a new faction and weapons for it.
at the current state it seems only one mod at a time can be enabled. i find it a tiny bit annoying for i would love to play with multiple mods.
mods work as overlays where they usually overwrite vanilla resources.
It's unlikely that 2 mods would not overwrite the same files which would make the multi-mod fail to launch. So no, this is not supported.
