crash on start

i see the hello from cloud head intro. scroll down press accept and play. see the pyramid then there is a short sound and then it goes back to the home screen and hangs up. Game files are all fine. already reinstalled the game. but nothing helps.
someone an idea?

Just tried playing this for the first time myself and am having the exact same issue. Looks like there is another thread on this also with no resolution. Bumping both hoping for an answer.
