"without getting blood on your hands" definition?

Does hijacking people and returning them for cloning qualify as "getting blood on your hands"?

Hmmm... I dont think so? In relation to what? Pretty sure there are no missions that require you to not kill people and no achievements either. So is it a mission description maybe?
