Cheat Code for Changing Soldiers' Abilities?

I am not only Save Scum, I am also a fervent game cheater. I am terrible at video games, even the ones I love to play. This is my life.

That said, what is the Console cheat command for setting a soldier's abilities, particularly the random ones generated at the bottom of the Ability Screen when the soldier levels up. As we all want to know, if I have, say, a Sniper with some random extra Ability that I don't like (say, Run and Gun), maybe I could change that...? If not on the Console, then where else?

My goal is to set up my perfectly tailored squads so that I can win and have more fun.

No guessing, please - only solid answers. Thanks!

I took your advice and read what you sent me. Here is what I found: "There's a lot more that just haven't been discovered yet." That would include what I was looking for. So, not bad advice - you should use it yourself!

All I can say man, is don't allow yourself to become dependent on cheating. I know how it feels to suck at games, I really do. But the only way to get better is to play. You'll always suck if you never take the time and effort to actually improve

Lamest counterargument I've ever seen in my life. No, I don't think I'm some "wise and humble advisor". And no, I'm not stroking my ego or some such BS reason that you've conjured up. I was only trying to be helpful, but if your response to not being spoonfed a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ neon sign pointing the way to victory then there's no helping you.
