Instant Build Not Working!
Okay, so I've been trying to use the cheat that is supposed to allow you to instantly build facilities, and yet for some reason, it fails to work properly. I've tried it both before and after typing enablecheats, and I've typed it as such.

SetStrategiesFacilitiesInstantBuild on

And yet the game still forces me to wait out the days while I'm clearing debris or building new facilities.

Also, I've noticed that a lot of people are mispelling "Strategies" as "Stratagies" in regards to the use of this cheat?

Also, I'm convinced that the "SetStratagies" thing is probably all because of the same illiterate moron going around posting the cheat to as many sites as possible. Because everywhere I try to look for help, the explanation for the console command is pretty much word for word identical with each other.

THIS is not helpful!

because if all the guides for xcom 2 cheats the name given is the same, then it means it is 100% accurate and correct for the spelling.

and here is another one which is the same as the one above you mention.

and it works for WOTC.

"SetStratagyFacilitiesSuperSpree" = Ability to build all facilities instantly for free. toggle with on/off.


Yes, I have tried "Stratagies" which is not the correct way to spell it.

Seriously, why in the hell is everybody on the internet constantly misspelling the word? The game itself even highlights that there is an E after the T, not an A!


I don't have War of the Chosen, nor any of the other DLC's at this time. We only bought the base game, just to see if we'd like it enough first.

The console has autocomplete, so that helps with spelling issues! Accoding to the SDK, its
setstrategyfacilitiesinstantbuild On
should work.

Okay, I think people are missing the point of my original post. I've already said multiple times that I'm typing the cheat in correctly.

It's just refusing the take effect.

Graystripe says it works for War of the Chosen, but I don't have War of the Chosen, so I'm looking for a way to make it work with the base game. :(
