Get a Squad B so when your soldiers are tired, you replace, 1 Squad on WoTC is pretty suicidal.
There is an excellent mod available in the workshop called "No Stinking Fatigue". The link this can be found at is:

Just subscribe and off you go.
I have already used it in a completed campaign and I am now using it on my current campaign, and I can assure you that it works (at the time of writing).
Given that I detest the fatigue mechanic introduced with WOTC, I can safely say that whilst it continues to work, I will use it in all my future campaigns. :)
Note that others have advised that it might be a good idea to also install the mod "No More Will Loss In Combat" at:
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1219670692
to go with it. I have not personally used this one yet (but I shall on my next playthrough).
So if *you* want to be the commander and decide who will and will not be on your next run, not have some "tiredness" mechanic effectively decide for you, try out these mods.
but yeah they go out, they take up to 33% will damage, they go out a second time they'll come back tired.
then you sit them on the bench for 10 days.
generally speaking the solution is to have more soldiers. if you have 2 or 3 squads if they get tired you just send out someone else.
after that you'll want another sniper and 2 gren&spec&rangers of lower ranks in case they are needed (7), these are the auxiliary troops; i would suggest using promotion rewards with this group from time to time to increase the average level of the barracks
any additional rookies should follow the aux style split 1-2-2-2, keep a few around if you want to go psi
add to that the "hero" units (3-6) and maybe psi-ops (2), you will end up with 30-35 serviceable soldiers
Not quite sure, haven't really found anything about it.
For enemy sighted, I believe a check is done when the enemy enters each soldier LOS and is rolled separately.
For the checks that are done party wide, there is an additional modifier if the target is a bondmate. And the modifier is based on bond level as well.
Or even the console command to do so?
I don't use the same team every time but I have made my own modded unit based on Thahats spartan, and I hate when they get tired
I beleive all of the fatigue based will penalties are proportionate rather than absolute.
