Cant use Ability Points
I might just be dumb but only on my Reapers, Skirmishers and Templar can I activate using my ability points. Any help?

You need a Training Center to be able to use them on other soldiers.

I have built the Training Center and still cant spend AP points on my regular soldiers.

You need to go in the Training Center and trhere choose the option to train abilities.
