XCOM 2 Bug, cant upgrade buildings

I have every every requirement to upgrade either my laboratory or my power relay, but both options are greyed out. i dont want to pursue my campaign until, because it would set me back. For the Record, i have upgraded my lab once so it would hold 2 scientist, and my relay twice, so it had extra power and 2 engineer workstations. Pls help

Hmm are you using any kind of buildings mod. like LW leaderpack and then using another building mod like fatigue living quarters or anything else with buildings.

Those probaly uses the same code and override eachother. if not properly done.
Cause those kind of strange bugs.

If no mod usages. do you have the supplies to upgrade it? that usually grey it out.
but past 2 scientist for the lab and 2 engineer for the powerrelay you can't upgrade anymore.

Yeah i have the requirements and the ressources, and no building mod, i do have the mod of LW that makes one of your guys a leader though, if that what you mean

You already did upgrade these facilities this playthrough? Or am I getting it wrong?

Relay can only be upgraded twice, and iirc lab just once. So from the sounds of it OP, you already have these two buildings upgraded to max.

Yup, those are fully upgraded.
