Question regarding Every nook and crany achievement !

Can you collect all collectibles in one go or are there special posters or collectibles that only appear in new game plus ?

If I collected some stuff on survival and collect the rest on a new save file on Akumu will it carry over ? The collectibles I mean like the posters not the keys. I have for example collected a ton of stuff on survival and was thinking to collect the rest in Akumu do the collectibles even carry over ?

Can you even kill Laura on Akumu with no upgrades in the furnace room ? I read in some guide you can only collect the key to the right of the elevator if you kill her with a rocket launcher in NG+

Thanks for the help ^^ I finished Akumu with no upgrades and no keys and it was PURE hell...
I saved my game at the very last bullet where sebastian shoots Ruvik and I will restart it to make a perfect guide for all the guys to help them out getting through Akumu without upgrades and without keys but I will try to collect all keys along the way.

There is a single poster that only shows in NG +. As for the collectibles. NG + only works on difficulties equal or less than the one you start on. You can't upgrade to a higher difficulty.

Laura can be killed on the first run. It just requires a lot of fire. Much easier the next time around... like everything else.

1.
Don't bother with Laura. She can endure a lot of punishment before going down.
Easiest method is to finish a nightmare or akumu playthough, get the brass knuckle as reward, then stun her either with corpse burn or lvl 5 harpoon with fire dmg, then proceed to beat her down with the knuckle. (1 stun should be enough , since that weapon is ridiculously op)

2.
New Game+ only carries over the data from the specific safe.
Eg:
My save#1: suvival completed story, lets say with 60% items found. NG+ for that game will have 60% completion by default.

Save#2: Akumu completed story, with 10%. NG+ will be 10% too.

Save1+ Save2 don't stack.

3. Sebastian's missing poster is found in chapter 2 in NG+ only.

Okay thanks for the feedback ! Very good insight ! What I also wonder is, can Laura only be damaged by fire type weapons ? Can you do additional damage while she burns ? Like for example pump shotgun shells into her or sniper bullet ? Will that count as damage as well or wasted ?

She takes dmg from all sorts of weapons, but non-fire dmg will do significantly less harm.
In other words it's a waste of ammo, but you can kill her without fire.
Again, not counting the brass knuckle here, since a couple of head patting from that thing and shes down for good.

yes I heard the brass knuckle can down the last two keepers easily xD holy crap on akumu I had to re-route them with the gate and once the AI didnt do as I wanted and the keeper came from behind and it was instadeath :( I swear they are way worse than the Pyramid head from SH2 I dont remember him being so agressive not even the dual pyramid heads were that agressive holy crap...

I finished now twice the Evil within (AKUMA) and got the collectible from Chapter 2 in NG+ but the achievement does not unlock. Is there a way to find out which collectible is missing?

Easily done if you priroritize a certain Agony crossbow bolt upgrade and harvest your trap parts. Course NG+ you have ssome fun with her in other ways..
