RESOLUTION ZOOM IN FIX !!!
Want to get rid of that stupid zoom in issue and wanna be able to set the game in whatever resolution you want? NO problem!!!
Go to the evil within folder and make a shortcut to your desktop, press right click and enter properties.
Go to compability and mark the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings", press ok.
And thats it!!!
Ow, if you change the resolution and its still buggy, no problem.
Just go back and forward changing the resolution and it will come to your preferences after a
few try's. I had that problem but it will come.
Even got it in SLI trough nvidia inspector,
set number of gpu's to how many you got and put SLI rendering mode to AFR2.
ENJOY

Does this make it so you can zoom out a bit in the sunctuary? I don't get why we get a close in view while there, but backs out to a nice distance when you go back to Ruvik land.

Nope.
Nope.
Nope.

scaling option is disabled, still not working. Switching between resolutions doesn´t do sh#t about the zoom-in-issue.

Dont even have to make a shortcut, just change the DPI Scaling in the executable itself.

As for the people who are still having issues, I have no idea. Sorry.

I figured out how to solve the issue on windows 10 you have to go to display settings and scroll down to scale and layout. click advanced settings below the setting to change the size of text, and change the option to disable windows from automatically trying to fix the dpi scale. Once that's done you can go into the properties, and compatibility should show up and you can change the high dpi settings to be adjusted by the application instead of the system to adjust it. Hope this helps anyone that stills is struggling with this issue

ir a la ruta C:\Users\nameuser\Saved Games\TangoGameworks\The Evil Within\base y abrir el fichero "the evil withinConfig.cfg" con el block de nota y cambiar el parametro r_mode "25" el 25 pertenece a 3840x2160 si tienes otra resolucion prueba a bajar el numero. con esto me funciono a mi.
