Stuck in Chapter 13
I reached the part where I'm in the meat locker with the Keeper, waiting for the elevator so I can escape. How long is it supposed to take? I've been running around for several minutes avoiding the Keeper but the elevator never arrives.

It takes quite a while. Just gotta go beast mode and refuse to die for a while.

Is it timed? i thought you had to kill the keeper at least twice before it returns.

I believe it is timed...I think I killed the keeper a lot though. So I guess I cannot be sure.

i found out you can farm green gel... al you need is a lev 3 mag .1 shot kill. the elevator opens when you killl him 3 times but this is on akuma level.not sure about others...but i stuck around and killd him 8 times or so. wicked little trick

Thanks everyone. All the walkthroughs I've seen online would have you believe all you have to do is wait and avoid getting killed. They never mention the necessity to kill the Keeper. I guess I'll have to drop him a few times. Thanks again :)

After avoiding him for an hour straight I figured I must have to fight him.

It is timed. I didn't kill him even for once.

The first time I tried this, I just ran around for several minutes avoiding the Keeper and the elevator never came. On my second attempt, I killed the Keeper and the elevator came immediately. On casual difficulty, it seems you only have to kill him once. I haven't yet played the higher difficulties, but I assume you have to kill him more than once.

Playing Survival difficulty and I just spent between 5-10 mins running round him, saw this post, then killed him twice with the Mag and the elevator immediately opened. In my case it was directly related to killing him.

can confirm. shoot his stomach with magnum stage 3 is insta kill. killed him twice, left the room after 10 seconds ^^
