Every Nook And Cranny achievement not unlocking

Like the title says. Did beat the game and started ng+ on chapter 2, got Seb poster and played until chapter 3. Did not unlock that achievement. Did that twice and still achievement wont unlock. Any help, please?

Yes. In the Archives I have them all Journal 16/16, Documents 16/16, Map 28/28 (was rewarded with new pistol and sniper gun), Newspaper 21/21, Missing Person Poster 15/15, Audio Tape 10/10.

I thought so, well all I have left is 5h speedrun and upgrading all weapons. Then im done with base game. Gonna start playing DLC after that. I hope ill get that achievement on my ng+ speedrun otherwise im gonna be mad with being stuck 99% completion on basegame permanently...

So I got the achievement. At first achievement didnt pop up in ng+ when I collected last collectible in chapter 2, was because the game thought I didn't collect 1 friggin key item in chapter 11. That key item you need to unlock the door to proceed. So I started again chapter 11 and got to part whre that key item was, picked it up then the achievement popped up... Yeah the game didn't register that when I beat Survival playthrough. After searching a whole day online solution, until I found this youtube video that shows/tells how to "fix" that achievements glitch.

Yeah I did skip that part on Akumu mode when I wanted to save some ammo and get through Akumu fast. I usually play faster on my second playthroughs to save time and collect remaining collectibles. On my survival mode I did collect that key item. Still I got that achievement. Thanks anyway :)
