For Anti Aliasing it all comes down to preference, but the choices are FXAA, MLAA, and SMAA. I personally prefer SMAA as it has the nicest output for me on a 1080p display
Lastly, as Caboose stated there aren't that many graphical settings. You can choose between a 30 and 60 fps lock, Motionblur, Shadow Quality, SSAO, and Reflection Quality. Yeah, you can't choose Texture Quality. It's supposedly incredibly difficult to get the game to run at a locked 60 (if not impossible, I believe the game launched with a 30fps cap).
