Bugs persisting after patch 3 - post your bugs, glitches, issues here [New thread - spoilers!]
Developers marked the other post resolved, so I'm starting a new post to mirror what MikePrime13 started in another topic.

The purpose is the same: Post your bugs and glitches that are still present after patch 3. Include location, brief description, links to posts. If you have a solution for the bug or alternative for progression, please also include.

For example, in Sukhothai, I have a variant of the cogwheel bug: I have 9 out of 10 cogwheels, and the one I couldn't interact with was NOT at the pyramid. This bug persists after patch 3.

Bugs others have posted:
Can't pick up Jumbo Shove book

Vatican:
Unable to leave underwater area after finding Voss key if returning to area after completing the game

Gizeh: Map marker for Map of Ancient Relics on box but the map is not there
Stuck in Nawals tent while she demands you take a map which you already have
here is a place below the Sphinx where you can go through the walls and fall through the ground into nothingness if returning to Sphinx after

Sukhotai:
Blessed Pearl bug - Gina will not follow Indy
Missing Note on top of a chest if game completed - cannot 100% - also cannot complete if missing photo from Iraq
A Study in Fear unable to start
Radio Frequency transfer to Gina still bugged

Iraq:
Loading the Iraq area after having completed the game, the dead Nephilim lying on the ground in the ziggurat are missing their heads

Tech issues:
Frame Generation not working
Game hang when trying to change RT shadows from ALL to Sunshine.
Game bug that produces screen explosion artifacts that look like blue flashbangs when using ray reconstruction on 4090
DLSS does not work properly on RTX 3070Ti.
With Path tracing enabled, Frame generation disables during pause or cutscenes
For some players, game only starts with compatibility mode for win8 active

Possibly not a bug, but may need gameplay improvement:
Throwing spears won't stick in mushroom
Enlarge mushroom hitbox?
Players cannot change clothes in Gizeh (is an enemy looking at you?)

Copy of my post in the previous bug reporting discussion page.

I got 2 bugs and 1 startup problem:
- After the update 3 this february, when I load the Iraq area after having completed the game, the dead Nephilim lying on the ground in the ziggurat are missing their heads.

- There is a place below the Sphinx where you can go through the walls and fall through the ground into nothingness. It occurs when you already have completed the Sphinx quest with Gina. When you re-enter those passages and jump down the area where all the mirrors are (the area where the ground vanishes below your feet, the first time you are there, after completing the mirror/beams of light puzzle), there is a ledge you can stand on. When standing on that ledge you can, on some places, go through the wall and fall into nothingness.

Startup problem: Since I have this game (bought late december 2024), I could not start it unless I used a compatibility mode fix for the TheGreatCircle.exe file. I could only start the game using compatibility for windows 8.

Now after update 3, the game did not seem to work again. However, when I flicked off and on the compatibility setting for windows 8, and just waited some time. After about 2-3 minutes the game started again.
So now my game still only starts with the compatibility for windows 8 on. But starting up now takes up to 2-3 minutes.

Could it be so heavy on my pc that it needs those 2-3 minutes? My specs are: Windows 11, Ryzen 7 5700g, Rtx 3060Ti, 16 gb ram. I know, not the most high end of pc's.. but still the game is playable.

the final field note in Sukothai is showing as on a table in Voss' camp but there's nothing there. I think i just need to forget about wanting to 100% this game, feels like i wasted so much time collecting notes and taking photos when it's still impossible to get them all months after launch. A great game regardless but very annoying how they've wasted so many people's time trying to 100% it.

Thanks for the reply, I tried your suggestion, but unfortunately it didn't change anything for me, regarding the start up issue. Still wont startup at all without the compatibility fix. And with the fix on, still takes a couple minutes to initiate the startup of the game.

Indy does not switch to swim mode and is stuck in the Wat Mahathat temple during the Blessed Pearl.

DLSS Frame Generation on any DLSS settings other than DLAA causes massive screen tearing and visual anomalies.
I'm considering starting a new playthrough and skipping cutscenes to see if a fresh game won't glitch post patch. Has anyone tried this for one of the glitches like missing notes, cogwsheels, etc?

i fixed this by turning on v-sync in Nvidia control panel
Previous locations all still bugged for me. Pointless update as nothings has been fixed.

Typical scenario. After completing storyline, going back to Gizeh starts the level over again and I can’t pick up the Map at the start (in the tent) because it’s already in my inventory and therefore ‘maxed out’.
Stuck in the tent, can’t get out. Broken game.

the patch only gave me 3 cogwheels(after only having 6) no idea where the last one would be as I've been to each cogwheel puzzle area. on top of this the 2nd to last puzzle is now bugged as I can't pick up the big cogwheels. at this point it feels like this is never gonna get fixed.

First of all, I play the game through Game Pass. Unfortunately, I’m facing a problem in the final section: I can’t open the big door because Gina has bugged out. Since I discovered earlier that I was missing some of the ancient relics, I started going back to old worlds to collect them. As a result, I can no longer load an earlier save that might have solved the issue. Every time I return to the Iraq section, Gina simply isn’t there. It really annoys me because I’d really like to finish the game. I even checked online to see if someone might have a save file for Iraq, but I found nothing. I also think it’s a shame that I can’t simply restart the Iraq section—that would probably solve the problem. Well, maybe someone can help me out.

The non-interactable cogwheels still haven’t been fixed. I really hope they add a replay/reset function for each area in a future update; otherwise, this issue seems unsolvable. I’m not willing to replay the entire game and collect everything all over again. This game has way too many problems.

Still not logging some items as being picked up. Maps being the main one.

a note I picked up but the game did not register it,
the note is in South area of Sukhothai, called blasted site or something,
I retrieved the note from that severed hand under the door I think.

this bug prevented me from obtaining the final achievement...
I am not going to replay the game for just ONE note...

Fixed an issue that could prevent players from being able to turn in Radio Frequencies at the radio stations when revisiting Sukhothai (since Gina would not be present)

The issue with Radio Frequences still persists!

I still cant finish Ginas "Royal Army Radio Frequencies" quest in Sukothai. I gave her already all frequencies a few months ago and I can't give it again to her. Is there a workaround or fix for that?

In my case the issue still persists. NOT FIXED.
