blue exposion artifact dots using ray reconstruction
Ray reconstruction works without visual error in other games. In this game i get blue artifacts flashing on my 4090 while RR is on. If i turn it off and just use dlss and full RT, it works perfectly fine without artifacts. Seems to only affect indoor locations.

I would suspect my card is dying, except there is zero stability problems or artifact problems on any other game. Full settings, path tracing, everything maximum, completely stable experiences.

In this game, in the exact circumstance of indoors + RR + full PT, i get unavoidable blue explosion flashes at the upper part of my screen.

things ive tried

- reinstalled windows
- installed older drivers
- DDU my drivers
- Underclocked my videocard
- lowered fps to 60fps, 40fps, 30fps

it's pretty much game breaking, i really like ray reconstruction, and i specifically use it in every game i can. But here, it seems completely out of my control.

things I noticed:

the entire first forest area of the game is artifact free. Only the second location has these. I suspect many other areas of the game may not have these blue explosions. I havent been able to test it because i cannot play the game like this.

after further testing when i set a screen aspect ratio of 16:9 on my ultrawide monitor it seems to have taken away the majority of blue artifacts, meaning that the game area calculation field of 16:9 might have been what RR was optimized for, and seeing in 3440x1440 means I see outside of the area they where testing with.
