58/59 Sukhothai Field Notes

I 100% the game but had one achievement missing, the Archivist. I'm aware this is a bug that quite a few have, however I haven't really seen anyone missing the specific note that I need. It's the 'Anti-Comintern Article' from Voss' camp, whenever I go to the location where its supposed to be ( on a table in the camp ) it's invisible, however when I pull up the map it shows the note icon hovering over it and I've double checked that this is in fact the one that I'm missing. I've waited a long time for this update that they've just released mid February, just to find that it didn't get fixed unfortunately. Does anyone have the same problem with this specific note? I believe it was there at first, but disappeared after I attempted to grab it while being attacked.

I am missing a note from a different camp, just plain invisible. Seems nothing of note (lol) was fixed.

Errungenschaft ebenfalls noch nicht bekommen bzw. freigeschaltet, aber alle Dokumente eingesammelt zu 100%

So i was also stuck, but i was able to get it after finishing the game and doing the secret ending afterwards i traveled to Uncle Sunan to see if anything would pop but no luck. So i travel to the Vatican puzzle and taking picture of the hint, then it pop.
This was on the latest patch on gamepass. I help this was helpful

Already tried photographing the Vatican puzzles - both the Jesus and the fountain one - and it did not give me the last achievement I need.

same issue, says it's on the table at Voss' camp but there's nothing there
