What's going on with Bethesda support?!
So, I'm wondering, has anyone tried to escalate the frame generation issue to Bethesda support? I've enclosed the screenshot from their console with a neverending spamming error about "DLSS FG slDLSSGGetState out of VRAM!" issue. Instead of asking for more screenshots of detailed graphics settings that I'm using or a screenshot of current performance, they started asking for providing MSInfo and other things which is not related to their game. Like there's a problem with my PC, not their game. Although they already have my full system spec with a DxDiag file.

To me all this looks just like they're trying to annoy me with their "provide msinfo", "reinstall drivers", "reinstall windows" things so that I drop my support ticket myself. Anyone yet got a proper response from Bethesda support on FG issue? Share your experience with them if you had. I said they can close the ticket since their support is useless and is just made to annoy users who paid decent amount of money for the game and can't even play it because of a serious tech issue.

They behave like they're not aware of the issue at all. Like i'm the only one having this... Like "oh really? FG error in console? Wow.... never heard! Send your PC to our office we shall investigate your hardware".

Because support for the vast majority of companies is a tick box exercise (often outsourced). They literally run off FAQ's based on basic troubleshooting which is why they're almost always useless when it comes to actual bugs in games.

Yeah true... however, it's a critical bug - I just can't play the game. If they don't understand it - that's sad.

This is ridiculous :( Update 3 didn't fix that out of VRAM issue for DLSSG... how come... like... i was waiting for this update for this whole time
