Sukhothai bug preventing 100%

Well I’m stuck at 95% completion of Indiana jones for a while because of (what I assume is 1 but possibly a few) bug(s). In the journal, under the section travel, in the Sukhothai section, it’s says I have 1 discover left.

Here’s the problem:

These 2 notes from “The Blessed Pearl” main quest that have I know I collected but the journal still says they haven’t. I can go to the location and while holding the journal I can see where they are suppose to be (indicated by the note icon) but they aren’t there anymore. (Because like I stated, I have already collected them)

Although the journal still says there is only 1 field note left but nothing is showing up on the maps making me think there is a bug that’s making them not showing up.

If anyone has 100%ed the game, could you post a picture of all your field notes so I could compare, that would be greatly appreciated! That way I can see if it’s a bug or what.

I raised some tickets with Bethesda Support and got the same stock response to each suggesting rolling back progress or 'Try opening a nearby door'...

I was having the same problem finding the relics on the map. Firstly, I deactivated the audio voice because Gina wouldn't stop screaming like a bug. Buy all maps from The Merchant to have locations.
I set the mission to look for the ancient relics and it pointed me to the center of the map, Wat Mahathat east, where the phase of the story is located, which is a temple that starts to flood. In this place I found 3 relics. The last place I found was at the bottom left of the map near wat si sawai, the cave where you find some pipes in the story. In this part I had to break the wall with a scepter that was nearby to be able to get the relic.
Only then could I open the last door with all the relics to complete the ending.

NOTE: everywhere I had to wait to save to avoid problems of losing the relics where I found them.

At least this solved the problem of the missing relics for me.

NOTE2: when I fast travel to iraq map, it bugged all the view, I had to close it to go to the menu then continue again in order to come back to normal.

The missing relic is a weird one for me because I opened the secret door in the final level. And I don't have the achievement for all the ancient relics found. Yet I'm pretty sure you need 50 relics to open it. So ... yeah

Great! Besthesda just closed all my tickets without even trying to resolve them... :(

You need to have 50 in your items. If you put 49 in the puzzle and then collect the 50th, it won't trigger.

Luckily I managed to get everything but i had a bug in Sukhothai where it was showing map markers for a couple of notes that i had already collected. Luckily, i figured this out quite quickly as i was sure i had collected at least one of them already. They had also been registered in the collections so had to look elsewhere. Can be very confusing but for anyone that is missing a piece that you're sure you collected, at least make sure the math adds up with the remaining stuff. You might be safe after all even if there's an extra marker somewhere. I realize this will not help for a lot of cases though.

Sadly missing note bugs exist for the Vatican too.

"Russo's Note" from the "Bulls of Blood" mystery is not in my inventory despite reading it and picking it up.

There are a couple times in the game where you have to kill a guard and find a note on them to open a nearby safe, this is never explained nor is it shown on the map, one is in the vatican and one is in sukhotai.

if you rememer looking for a code online because you coulnt find a solution this might be what you are missing

I now have all the relics and opened the wall in Iraq for the secret ending. Now just missing one note from 'The Blessed Pearl' and the 'Fried Egg' field note. Hopefully a patch will fix those soon.
