I noticed this as well... first Triple A game I've seen without Nvidia Reflex in the video options in quite some time.

Yeah its strange, because frame generation must activate reflex ...

The input lag introduced by Frame Generation is really noticeable in this game without NVIDIA Reflex. I am also surprised it hasn’t been included in the graphics menu from launch. :/

Same. I need FG for all the fancy path tracing stuff, but with low latency on ultra, it gets horrific lag. With that set to off in the control panel, FG has it's own horrific lag in a different way. In the meantime I'm just going forget about this game altogether until it gets fixed.

What lag? I'm playing with an RTX 4070 Ti Super with path tracing ("FullRT"), DLSS Quality and frame generation. I get 80 to well over 100 fps, depending on where I am, and I don't notice any lag.
Low Latency is set to OFF in the driver. Ultra setting seems to cause massive problems with frame generation, btw.. I don't use HDR and I'm still using an older driver, 565.90. I'm playing with mouse and keyboard, not sure if it's different with a controller.

In other game I often turned Reflex off since it didn't seem to do anything for me...

Some players are just more sensitive to this than others, myself included.

MachineGames will probably implement it in a future patch because the “Low Latency” option within the NVIDIA Control Panel cannot achieve the same result as Reflex in this game at least.

Same here, being a Patient Gamer is really rewarding nowadays. I’d much rather occupy my free time playing an older game than suffer through these launch issues.

The game is only partially optimized and pretty buggy. So it's not surprising that they just left it out to add it later so they can get the game out on time. Ms likely didn't give them any more time to optimize.

You cant turn reflex off with frame generation

I think FG = reflex on

This is the only game so far where I use frame generation to get higher fps with "FullRT" path tracing. 50+ is playable, 80+ is far better. :)

I don't play at 4k so I never needed frame gen in any other game before. That's why I usually can disable Reflex...

I think it's very optimized, considering how well it runs on low level hardware, including XBox consoles. That is unless you insist on using the highest possible settings on hardware that can't handle them. ;)

And I didn't have a single crash in about 25 hours...

RTX 4070 Ti Super here also, the input lag is very noticeable when turning FG on/off, especially playing with controller.
