Gina bugged i cant 100% the game :( PLEASE FIX

In Sukhothai Gina keeps repeating the lines "oh God" and "that was a close one" over and over again, I have completed everything in the game except the radio mission as I cant complete the talk to Gina quest and when i place the radio things she said "lets have a look" and then continued to say "oh God" and the radio transmissions are just sitting there and the quest is not complete so i cant 100% the game :( PLEASE FIX ASAP I LOVE THIS GAME

My solution was to ditch Gina and just swim around.
You can "only" hear her scream within 300 m.

Gina really wants me to help her up. Like all the time. "Dr. Jones, come on!" "Help me up!" Every couple of seconds. I really want to complete the game but this is driving me literally *insane*

I just reached a spot in Giza in the Sanctuary of the Guardians side mission where you "Traverse the Collapsed Hall." I was stuck for a good 5-10 minutes until a watched a playthrough on youtube where I noticed that I need boost Gina up a wall to continue. She was stuck on the other side of the chasm in a different room. I had to manually push that ♥♥♥♥♥ around the chasm to the correct room to trigger the cutscene of me giving a boost up a ledge. It took multiple attempts because she liked to stand in corners. I'm guessing if I didn't figure out the push technique I would have had to start an entire new run because there is no manual saves for some strange reason.

Luckily for me I encountered the bug after completing the radio transmissions quest so I was able to get 100% completion.

Could someone share a save with 4 transmission tickets, just before getting them to Gina? I just want to earn the trophy that I deserve.
