Replay missions?

Here's the problem: I'm trying to get the last Artifact in the Vatican, but it seems it's in an area (the Museum Wing) which is only accessible during the "A Nun in Trouble" fieldwork mission, which I've already finished. Is there any way to replay it a la Assassin's Creed? Or am I screwed for this playthrough?

That's strange, all areas should remain open after completing the field work missions. Did you checked if the artifact is really in that area and not i.e. under it like in the dungeon hallways? -> Mark the artifact quest as active and open your normal and the nearest artifact should pop up as marker and you see exactly where it is located.

same, I cant access the museum wing anymore

The window you used to climb into the museum wing is closed after the story mission, but the door where you leave it at the end, in that small garden, should remain open.

for clarity, the door to revisit the museum wing is in Via di Belvedere, not the garden controlled by the Blackshirts where you go in through the window
