I feel like this is the answer to 99% of these weird fishing/bait questions on steam honestly.
I'm actually surprised as many people own it on Steam as they do, considering.
FPS sucks here, hence why the player count is so pitiful
I agree. It's not even worth trying on Gamepass, the combat is so clumsy and repetitive. It looks looks like a less interesting, stripped-down version of Dark Messiah with far dumber enemies. It's to the point when I see Todd's name on anything it's as a red flag.
Weapons break automatically after knocking out one enemy, and Indy can't carry ammo. I hate contrived bs like that. I know it's trying to be a stealth game, but based on every clip of the game it's actually a goofy melee, brawling game. Not I wanted.
The developers made the game so if it runs below 8gb of vram, you get broken glossy textures and horrible crushed black shadows, this has nothing to do with old gpu's this happens in the 3000rtx series, as well as the 4050rtx for example.
Playing the game on Game Pass, these two, paired with how pricey the game is in my region, has made me think that I should skip the game and wait for a deep sale in the far future... sad too, because I adore the game, it's just these issues that prevent me from getting it.
Horrible vignette that takes up too much of the screen when sneaking in the stealth game.
White paint plastered over everything since the devs didn't want you to have to think too hard about where to go next in their puzzle game.
