Anyone else having the cutscenes stutter and music drop in and out during gameplay?

Correct me if I'm wrong if there was a recent patch to fix a cutscene issue however I am still getting it where it will freeze for a second then continue. Also sometimes the audio of my interaction will be delayed if I use my whip or punch.

Yes, it’s a performance wreck for me and cut scenes run horribly with stutters. I’m playing on GPU though and was hoping a more recent update would fix some of this since GPU is typically behind but I guess not. Playing with a 4090/14900kf and the poor performance is unbearable.

Think I’m just going to ignore this title for like a month and see where it is then because I’ve enjoyed what I’ve played so far other than it running so horribly.

Just wondering if you ever found a fix for this because I am having this exact same issue. No amount of troubleshooting resolves it.
