Your GPU is roughly equivalent to a desktop 3080/4070. Find a video for setting up a 4070 on YT. Should be easier than finding laptop settings videos. You could also use the 4070 column of the system requirements table for a baseline.

I have Legion 5 pro, i7 14700hx,rtx 4070,32 gb ram. 1440p, dlss quality, everything on high, shadows on medium, 60 fps lock and no problem
