Cutscene FPS Unlocker?
Has a mod been made or an ini edit etc. been uncovered that removes the 60fps cutscene cap (similar to, say, the files for Silent Hill 2 remake)? Can't stand it currently.

Not referring to the 60 fps cap in ALL of the game like some people are referring to. Apparently - I guess - cutscenes have been forced to 60 for everyone since the new update.

If anyone has used Lossless Scaling to make the cutscenes appear like they have a higher FPS, is the frame pacing off for you too? Seems like a lot of game cutscenes in LS have been stuttery lately, in general.

its the DXGI problem , try WGC method. But since the new Lossless scaling update . alot of game become unplayerble with lossless scaling, alot of game that i use with LS has become stutter mess

I noticed that cutscenes are now really low FPS like Stalker 2 or something, and this only started happening after the raytracing patch.. glad I'm not the only one but there seems to be no fix so far?

Tried this and sadly it didn't make a difference. Yeah, well I can say that LS may not be playing well with Indiana Jones, because now with Lossless Scaling on it stutters a bit even outside the cutscenes. Even tried rolling back to the previous version and there was very negligible improvement. A lot of games are stuttery with the latest update, you're right. However I'm thinking it might just be the game in this instance. Or either my LS settings are a hair off, but I'm thinking it's the former, not the latter.

SOMETIMES the cutscenes were smooth, but very rarely.

Nope. No fix. I've been asking around -- talked to a couple of people who made cutscene unlocker mods in the past, and no dice.

So weird that nothing has sprang up yet. I probably won't rest easy until someone comes along with a mod.

Man this drives me crazy, it is stuttering and choppy in the cutscenes now with FG and PT even on my RTX 4090.

Still no fix?

None. It's nuts there isn't at this juncture. Unless you have better luck with Lossless Scaling's motion interpolation -- which is not a fix, but a workaround.

It's still a stuttery mess with LS to me.

I've just overclocked my blu-ray player to 60 fps, feels much better now.

Apparently Stj is fine with the game constantly stuttering down from a smooth 165+fps to a jarring 60 time after time again.

Spoken like someone who hasn't actually played the game no doubt.
Can't imagine why anyone who has experienced this firsthand would be defending it.

Turn your monitor off and then back on while in game. Worked for me.

I thought you were joking at first, but apparently this is actually a thing? I saw people reporting doing this to smooth out stutter on Reddit. But does it actually help for cutscenes?

This only helped my IN GAME massive stutters. My cutscenes appear to be at 60fps sometimes and then sometimes they are at higher frame rates, but I wouldn't classify it as stuttering.

Looks we're getting closer to unlocking it again and stabilizing it. Finally.

The cutscenes now being limited to 60 FPS is the only thing stopping me from continuing to play the game. I think it's an otherwise great game. I can't believe they thought this was a fix! It just needed something else entirely, just fix the minor glitches that were occurring, it was otherwise fine before

If you go to the link above the unlock is now fully implemented and you can download it from that link. But note that it is still being ironed out some.
