I just started and it's happening to me RaptorTim. Reported it to Bethesda. Might have to wait for a patch :(

Same thing happened to me. Thankfully after painful searching I found a solution. In the accessibility, turn on camera stabilization, and it fix's this issue.

I’m having same issue. Stabilization kinda worked but I still can’t use my whip while having to look up and pull myself up. I’m legit stuck at the very end right after the boat scene. This game has been great so far!

I am also stuck in the legit last scene. I cant reach Ginas hand bc the camera is ♥♥♥♥♥♥!

Isn't this bloody ridiculous. Every game forum is full of these people. It's actually turning me off on Steam.

I am sorry I can't help with your problem, I'm just reading topics like yours (bugs, issues etc.), trying to decide whether I'm going to buy this game or not and I'm having trouble wading through waist deep crap.

I solved it, just had to use back-up save system. Thx for the condolence for my sanity though
