Anyone getting shadow flickering in and out in the Sukhothai swamp while using path tracing?

Whenever I am moving around in the swamp on my boat, the shadows keep flickering in and out as I am moving close to any vegetation like trees or bushes.

I have a 4070 ti with latest drivers. I am running the game at 1440p DLSS Balanced, every thing maxed out except for Textures which are on Ultra.

I am not vram limited as the game is using around 11000mb of vram plus my fps is pretty decent at around 90 with frame generation.

I even tried lowering everything but path tracing to remove any potential vram bottleneck but that didn't fix the issue.

Any help would be great.
