Missing Vulkan Device Extensions - so I can't play this on my PC?
I can't believe it... I assumed my 2 year old PC would have this work...

CAREFUL! I tried following an article to install a new NVIDIA graphics driver and it almost corrupted my PC. No idea what I did wrong... So yeah cautious by trying to fix this issue yourself.

I have an AMD Radeon RX 5700. I can play almost any game on high. This is the first time I've been walled off from playing and I'm really disappointed. I had no idea raytracing was forced. I guess I shoulda paid more attention...

What a disappointment.

Sorry as I am dumb. So does this mean I need a new PC as no graphics driver updates will fix it?

Seems like it. If you don't have a graphics card that supports ray tracing you can't play this game. It's very silly.

Got the same issue, as well a RX 5700, one generation under minimal specs with 6xxx. I NEVER read the system requirements as I always had enough power in my PC - especially as I always only play on 1080p, which is enough for me. :lunar2019laughingpig:

I play Starwars Outlaws on 1080p without any issues.... thats really silly. :cozyhitman2:

you at least need a new grafic card in your pc which is in the minimum spec.
