Is it made for graphic cards of the future? I have a RTX 4070TI. I can not make pathtracing even on medium (first setting) it has 1 fps...

PT is extremely demanding. You will not get acceptable game performance without a minimum RTX 4090 using DLSS and FrameGen.
This is common for all games that have PT option.

In cyberpunk i used patch tracing and it worked with 60 fps

With DLSS and FG yes. Without you can maybe hit a fairly stable 30 - 45.

Run pretty smooth for me with FG on (No DLSS).
You have to restart the game when enabling / Disabling FG. It stuttered and dropped frames like crazy when i first enabled it first time.

You might have a CPU miss match. I have a 4070ti and can run the game on medium path tracing with like 60 fps and no DLSS.

tbh, just turn off the raytracing and enjoy the game. i was kinda hyped by raytracing, as the next big thing, well its actually makes a difference in like 5 games, since the release of 20series gpus.. now you might say, oh you are an amd user, yes, but i used to have 2080Ti since the launch of it.

there is no such thing a medium Path Tracing. It is On or Off. RayTracing got Low -> High, Then PT.

Which CPU and what other settings do you have? With a 5700x3d and a 4070Ti I can't play it in wqhd with pathtracing

You will want to drop your texture streaming pool down to high or medium for it to work well. I have a 4070ti with a ryzen 7 5800x 3d cpu. Everything on the ultra with texture at high with full path tracing on with frame gen, and I get about 120fps but i am also really close to using all my vram which is 12gb. make sure to restart the game after changing those settings. Drop texture pool down first before enabling high or even full path tracing.

So many liars on these forums... Are you playing at 240p?

Well there actually is a medium setting. But if you say there isn't then it must not be there, rofl.

outside of a 4090 you can just forget about path tracing. even the 4090 drops to 30fps at native 4k with full ray tracing on. anything else isnt gonna be enough partly due to the vram requirements.

technically the medium setting isnt full path tracing as it leaves some of the technologies off still. there is some path tracing being turned on though.
