Disguise Bug. Anyone Else?

I ran into a disguise bug which is turning out to be game breaking.
Simply put, my disguises no longer work. It's turned Gizeh into a nightmare. Anyone else have this problem, either before or after the patch?

Revisit the vatican map, change disguise there, make an auto save there and then load back Gizeh. Now you should be able to equip the civilian disguise.

Did u manage to fix it? I ran into this problem right away when i came to Gizeh and now i can't explore anything without enemies comming after me

so not sure what worked for me but it was 1 of 2 things. 1st I went back to the Vatican and went back to Antonio, 2nd I changed my video settings from high to ultra and then back to high. After I could change uniforms again.

It may be because you either no-clipped out of a zone using the console (or some cheat program) that zone required you to wear a disguise and the game didn't register you'd left it. that or you legitimately left a zone that required a specific disguise and the game just didn't take notice. Either way, going back to the Vatican, wearing the cleric disguise, going into somewhere like the Biblioteca, chapel, or a black shirt restricted area if you're wearing that secret disguise, and leaving again should fix it in most cases. If not I would note that when this happened to me the other fix the two people said here for this also worked for me.

My disguises stopped working all together too. No matter what i wear in gizeh, the nazi's always chase me. This happened after revisiting to 100% the area.

Happened to me when I went to 100% the Vatican where all I needed was the underground fight club with the black shirt uniform but couldn’t switch outfits. I was stuck as the priest disguise and what worked for me (after trying everything above) was if you have the lion tamer bull whip and the other indy uniform option to put it back to default in the settings and run around your area until you see the save icon in the top right then you can switch outfits at least that’s what worked for me. Note that this was after completing the story and also on Xbox

Go to a place where you’re in the right costume and no one can see you. What I did is I went back into the Vatican library by Antonio and went into a room by myself and traveled back to Gizeh and it let me change. Hope this helps.

Disguises work fine in Gizeh, when I revisited Vatican, and then travel back to Gizeh, all disguises in Gizeh doesn't work.

I’ve not left the Vatican yet and I’m stuck now where no matter what I’m restricted access and disguises don’t work. Anyone with a fix?

Same thing on PC but mostly in Gizeh. Doesn't matter if I wear the German uniform or cilivian - all German NPCs detect me and I need to fight my way through most areas

The Digsite disguise hasn’t even showed up where’s it’s supposed to be for me, I spoke to the girl under the sphinx and everything
