Since I don't have that, i never noticed it.
Probably save to disable by renaming the program or the entire folder.
I usually don't recommend to delete stuff like that, cause that might cause issues with a future update. Probably won't but it might...
Easier to just rename it back if that happens then to get it re-installed. Worst case could be a complete fresh download and installation of the entire game. ;)

it's seems the repair tools from the game have bug, you download and run it the version into this link and the game launch instantly

I had to download the Gaming repair tool from the link (and launch it as administrator, otherwise it didn't work ...)
But, please, it's 2025 we had to debug games we paid 70€ by ourselves now ? Stop the shi##y 3rd party launchers. I have an PC. Not a XBOX. I don't care about your useless launcher seriously ...
