BUG: Secret of the Queen Mother

At the start of the quest in Gizeh, you're handed a shard that counts towards your notes. After the most recent update the Ostracan Shard magically disappeared from my journal and shows 9/10 notes collected. I can still see it drawn in my journal page but it is no longer in the list. I checked guides and videos to make sure I wasn't missing anything else just to be sure. In the middle of this quest I decided that I wanted to travel back to the Vatican to wrap up another quest so maybe that or the update caused this.

Additionally, the quest can still be tracked despite showing that it's complete.

im also having this issue 9/10 with no shard... really hoping this gets patched or I cant get 100%

Same problem here, still not fixed yet.

I've had this problem with other quests couple of times. The counter was updated upon picking up item or completing the whole collection from other quests. This also fixed map markers being stuck. The only marker that didn't fix itself was one for an item in Castel Sant’Angelo and it still shows on the Vatican map, pointing me to the jump point. Right now I have all quests 100% cleared, except the final one (I'm softlocked).

Same problem, the only note missing is "Ostracan Shard" to 100 percent.

Just to chime in im also experiencing this problem completed everything else to this point 100% and no correction.

Same problem. After the cutscene, the Ostracan Shard should automatically be added to the notes, but this does not happen.

Yeah I’m not sure if there’s a way to fix this. Just gotta hope they can patch it at some point I guess

Thanks for sharing those. Fortunately, the achievement unlocked for me without taking any pictures of major story puzzle hints and with the notes still showing 24/25 in Gizeh
