yeah i can expect a crash sometimes during game play, but not even being able to launch the game is complete trash.

Same thing here. X5675, 30GB, RTX 4060 12Gb. Sometimes can enter settings screens. Never gameplay.

Everything should be fine, from the impossible we can assume that the game is lost from 128 GB of RAM...

I disabled SLI and the game started. Haven't had any games see this problem, whether they support SLI or not.

I can play the Tutorial with stable 60 fps but in journey sequence to Rome the game alway crashes. Can only restart in save mode but then it crashes immediately when I try to continue. You can use a rollback function which brings you back to the last autosave during the Tutorial. The game runs fine there. The moment the journey to Rome is triggered it crashes again.
I am using a RTX 3090 and an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X and 32 GB RAM.
