Report a translation problem
The big bad settings that cause blur are DLSS and TAA, or any anti-aliasing for that matter but TAA is the worst. I recommend turning both settings off and of course motion blur, depth of field etc

should stay unless you switch the AA/Upsampling method again
Use "`" to bring down dev console and try:
r_lodscale 3 (options are 1-5, higher the better)
