I think that this is one of those games that ray tracing is always on by default and no way to turn it off. I could be wrong thousgh.

There is no way I'm getting 100-140 fps with RT with my card and supreme settings. No FSR either.

Why not though?

Welcome to modern gaming where when you get decent performance you have to be suspicious af, because we are all so used to being sold literal dog ♥♥♥♥♥.

Game runs 60-80fps smooth as glass 2560x1080 low/med mix on my rx 6600, so far it's easily the best performing day 1 aaa game i have played.

Only RTX option is for Path Tracing. Regular ray tracing is baked in.

AMD cards are bad at RT. At 1440p fully maxed RT I expect around 60-70 at most. And thats with FG. I can't even see the RT options unless I'm blind.

i've checked on a video and it seems that there is supposed to be in the advanced video setting tab some RT options

Yeah I don't have any option for RT at all nor upscaling. You'd think they'd implement the free option for upscaling that works on all cards before DLSS.

Actually there is only dlss and TAA, so no FSR for now, and I don't have either RT option on rtx 3080 + gamepass

7900xtx 1440p raytracing TAA Native 120fps.

Read this and see if you still think something wacky is going on, i don't think there is honestly. AMD cards with big vram are performing really well in this game, and nvidia cards with less vram are hampered, doesn't matter how good at RT if the card ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the bed on vram due to quality settings.

Like I just said....3080 is a weak card though we're not even at the same lunch table

So AMD VRAM ftw? Got 24gb of the ♥♥♥♥.

Gamepass always takes longer to patch their games. Really sucks. It will be in the update that was released today.

yep :) it's also why little old rx6600 is knocking out the same at 1080p to what a 3080 would be doing lmao.

Game has mandatory global illumination ray tracing with no option to turn off. It's tied to the global illumination graphic setting, game won't even launch on a GPU that doesn't support RT. The "full RT" setting that just got added is path tracing and enhances the current ray tracing, doesn't replace it! Hope this helps! (Source: official system requirements state mandatory ray tracing required)

It helps but I still don't have the full RT option.
