Ziggurat of Ur Relic Puzzle *SPOILERS*

So has anybody managed to solve the puzzle using all the relics in the secret vault in the Ziggurat yet? I've 100% the rest of the game just missing the one note that's locked behind it and I don't know if this puzzle is really hard or if I'm just being really dumb

This one puzzle took me probably a solid 2 hours of just head scratching to finally stumble upon the solution. I had bookmarked this thread just in case someone else found it. Once I found it I knew I had to share it.
