Unreachable note below Borgia Tower.

I finished everything in the Vatican. However, when I select one of two quests, "Mad Priest" and "A Nun in Trouble" (both finished), I still see a note on the map but cannot find it. It is located below the "Borgia tower" text on the Vatican map. I checked all the underground, but it is not accessible or visible anywhere.
All the quests have everything discovered to 100%.

It is a bug, just had this today, but Vatican is 100% complete on my save. I'm just having problems with the Royal Army radio transmissions mission in Sukhothai... I collected them all but Gina is stuck in the same place and never moves, so I can't complete the mission... Does anyone know how to fix this?

You don't actually give them to Gina directly. Go back to the Village, and she'll be down near your boat. There should be a crate with a radio on it (one of the same ones you use all over the map). If you look the right of it you should be able to place the radio transmissions down on the crate, and Gina will come over.

That's the thing, I already tried. Gina keeps getting teleported to the same place in the middle of the map in Watmahathat. Every time I get on the boat, she gets in too, but when I get off she teleports again :( I hear her voice but she's not there, and the prompt to deliver the frequencies doesn't appear too...

Even if I fast travel to the village or go to her location on the map it doesn't work, and I also rolled back my save, but still nothing. Apparently a lot of people are having this same issue... Let's hope they fix this in the future

I had the same bug... just ignore it. No consequence.

Ignore it. You've already 100% completed it.
It just a broken interactible that you have no use of anymore.
