There doesn't seem to be enough medicine bottles to buy all the books?

theres only 15 bottles, but the last version of both books cost 15 a piece. what gives?

You will find more bottles in the next maps and the books for sale will appear again in the same next maps, so you will have more oportunities to buy them. You can return to previous maps any time you want, so don't worry, you can complete 100% of the game in one run without the fear of missing something.
