Major Gameplay Issue/Bug - Location Vatican

In hardest difficulty i noticed an annoying Bug.

I stole a medicine Bottle from one of the tents at Vatican right in the open area below Father Antonio office resulting in large group of Blackshirts chasing Dr Jones through the door onto the stairs but you cannot open the door into the Library which leads to father Antonio office as it is Combat Locked. The Blackshirts will continue to hunt you for long time and one of them will eventually find you and you have to fight a lot of them before you die.

This where the bug is. When you respawn large group of Blackshirts will remain all over the stairs and 1 of them will be an officer who will spot you resulting in a never ending loop of fight/death/respawn

Was very annoying. Only solution was to fast travel back to Marshall college and then again back to Vatican. Hope they fix this bug in a patch
