cannot talk with important npc

first, camera and inventory systems are broked. So I loaded rollback save, 2hours before.

It seemed fixed. But now, I cannot talk with antonio.

I can't make any progress in this game.

The game is fun, fun is problem. Because it's very painful not to play this game.

Okay, thats strange. Problems like that i luckily never had. Often you have, when you wanna talk to them, to press tab and put something on the table.

I think I have the same issue. Two quest lines are bringing me back to Antonio: I’ve taken the photos for the main line Sacred Cat, and Sister Catherine has told me to talk to him about her book.
Getting back to his office there’s a quest marker over his head, a new NPC father is standing in the room but I can’t interact with either of them.
My guess is the two quests are conflicting with each other?

I have exactly the same issue. I'm stuck on that part in the main story, also conflicted with the substory of sister Catherine and I can't finish the cat substory despite I taken all cats photos.

This. The two quest seem to be conflicting. Try to rollback, if possible, or, start over :( that's what I had to do. And don't start the book quest for the nun while having Antonio quest marker on.

Press J (journal), then travels -> go to "Marshall college". After that return to "The Vatican" and you will be able to talk to the priest Antonio.

yes! the new father. it is same to my bug

Same here. Save is completely softlocked for now, and I ain't replaying 5 hours. Hope they manage to fix it.

I have those two quests too, same exact scenario as Kawinnie's.
