As long as you have a ammo box in your inventory, all you should have to do is left click again once all the rounds have been fired to trigger the reload. Heads up, the reload is slow. Enemy weapons you find can not be reloaded. Guns never play that much of a part in combat.

It will alert everyone around you and get all the enemies around attacking you quick.

Also enemies in The Great Circle are less likely to use guns when Indiana sticks to melee.

so no reload button? just reload after empty the Weapon?

You can reload the weapon when there is still ammo in the gun with left click without aiming
