Can you increase the graphics well with a GeForce 3070ti?

No. The game is programmed (hardcoded) into performing at certain tiers that explicitly relate to vram total. You cannot go above medium texture. Even if you had quantum GPU from future... medium texture if its got 8gb.

Not that this really matters, but the difference is there with a magnifying glass.

I believe it's just textures, everything else should be in high and above settings by default

I'm on a 2070, everything is in high by default and running super smooth, except for textures (medium)

3070 can max everything but textures need to be "all the way down" to medium. It makes sense.

You dont need a 4080s you just need a 3060 12gb and you can max it. 70+fps dont even need DLSS.

Exactly, I'm playing at 8K 50~70 fps with 7900 XTX, Max settings of course. ....
