Then if there is no support for anything, AMD has driver features for both fsr and frame gen, although this is worse quality than native. There is also programs like lossless scaling.
Ultimately there isn't any case where you can't use upscaling or frame gen anymore, because there's alternatives.
If you don't need it, you shouldn't use it, because fake frames are always lower quality than native. There's also reshade anti aliasing mods that work better than most in game anti aliasing, and reshade also upscales 2d games better than any alternative.
So again I ask why does this game not have FSR3 and AMD frame gen?
If a single setting is the pivot setting between a universal 5fps and a universal 70fps (most hardware agnostic game ever made right here) then adding frame generation would be pointless (or low priority).
Plus its nvidia sponsored. This is the first game where the DLSS3 mod wont work either.
It helps out way more than that. Come on people stop being so dang biased.
