Can't pick up medicine bottle

On the way to the objective to get the camera, there's a medicine bottle in a tent with some money. I was able to pick it up and then I got caught. I reloaded my save and now I can't pick it anymore. Is anyone else having trouble with this?

Have the exact same issue with a wad of cash. While it is a bit less of a problem than a medicine bottle I haven't found a way to pick it up yet. I hope the D1 patch will fix this

I also cannot pick up the medicine bottle in the Vatican Belvedere Courtyard tent.
